I love me some New York City. I was very happy to bounce between Brooklyn and Manhattan during my short stay there this month. Here were some of my favorite hangs.

The Class is certainly an experience. Part yoga. Part cardio. Part yelling. Half the time I was laughing and the other half I was in awe. Worth experiencing at least once. .

Chillhouse is a full-service Lower East Side salon-café courtesy Cyndi Ramirez and the team behind the Garret and the Lately. As for beauty services, the space features a 10-seat nail bar where guests can opt for nontoxic manicures and Henri Matisse–inspired nail cart. There are also 25-, 50- and 80-minute massages, including one targeted at curing hangovers. I enjoyed a Gel Manicure and turmeric latte. Loved this spot and hope they make it out to Boston!
I'm on a new level...
Y7 Studio is a Hip-Hop yoga studio, that offers sweat dripping, beat bumping, candlelit yoga. The teacher walks you through each flow at a slow pace at first, then at breath speed, and then you go through at your own pace for ~1 min. SO LIT! Check them out if you are in NYC or LA
