Join me for a Yin workshop as we begin the transition into Spring. This new season is about letting go and renewal. This workshop is designed to help and support you to release tension and letting go on all levels; physically, mentally and emotionally.
We start by quieting the mind working with a short-guided meditation. We then move into a deeply nourishing Yin-based practice to draw our attention inwards to let tensions release.
