Class will take place on your yoga mat, so make sure to bring one! There will also be a journaling component, so bring something to write on and with ( a few will provided as needed!)
We will begin the evening with breath work, then transition into some traditional yoga poses. Once we’ve warmed up, Caroline will add in dance. The practice will close with a guided meditation. Afterwards, we will have some sips + snacks for you - and a little Cauldron mingling time.

In addition to your yoga mat and a notebook, make sure to wear clothes you feel comfortable moving around in. No shoes needed.
