Jaylee Oberg is a Boston native who is known for her powerful but playful teaching style. She was first introduced to yoga when she was 17 and fell in love almost instantly. She finally found a practice that did as much for her body as it did for her mind. Jaylee believes yoga is an intimate experience with yourself, an opportunity to build awareness and a way to explore all aspects of what makes you...you. She focuses on proper alignment, building strength and using the breathe as a tool to quiet the mind. She strives to create an environment where individuals will slow down and enjoy putting energy back into themselves.
